Welcome to Casa Luz!
The name refers to the abundance of light that enters through the high balcony doors. The apartment is located in a building from 1920 and was renovated in 2017. The street, Calle Maldonado, is an oasis of tranquility compared to the lively catering streets around the corner.
Casa Luz is located in the pleasant old center of Alicante, within walking distance of all the details of the city, such as the beach, the marina, the castle, the shopping area and various museums. Terraces and restaurants are around the corner.

About Casa Luz
The apartment is 105 m2 (1130 square feet), has two bedrooms and a third bedroom. The first and second bedrooms both have a double bed. There’s a single bed and a folding bed in the third bedroom, which lies behind the second. There is also a camping cot available for babies and toddlers.
The two bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and sink. In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and dryer. Your safety has been thought of by installing a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and various smoke detectors. The kitchen is equipped with a spacious refrigerator, electric stove, Nespresso coffee machine and a combination oven/microwave.
You will find the code for free WiFi near the smart-screen television. The dining room table has 6 comfortable chairs and a high chair for toddlers. The air conditioning cools in the summer and heats in the winter.

Alicante & surroundings
Alicante is located more than 500 kilometers (310 miles) south of Barcelona on the Costa Blanca, which, partly due to its mild climate and dry air, is one of the healthiest living climates in Europe. Not too hot in summer and very soft in winter. Alicante has an average of only 44 days with rain every year and has the highest life expectancy in all of Europe. The city is easily accessible and the toll road between Taragona and Alicante is now toll-free.
If you arrivee by plane, you are able to travel to the center of the city within 20 minutes.
There is plenty to see and visit in the city, but a trip outside the city is also worthwhile.
